Mr. Pasternak has over 25 years of business experience, helping clients to formulate business strategies linked to their technology initiatives. Mr. Pasternak is also an experienced workshop facilitator, team leader and has clearly demonstrated leadership skills. His industry expertise is concentrated in financial services transportation, manufacturing and public services. Prior to starting the Paste Group, Mr Pasternak held a leadership position in Sapient’s Personal Financial Services Practice and spent 9 years as a management consultant with Arthur D. Little, Inc. in Cambridge, MA.
David Dodson, Director
Mr. Dodson has over 20 years of experience as a management consultant, providing strategic, financial, marketing, and business process reengineering services for clients in the Internet, media, and financial services industries in addition to the federal government. He manages complex projects for diverse stakeholders, applying communication and deep analytical skills to design and execute engagements that deliver results. He has strong project management experience, particularly for IT projects using Agile techniques, and has successfully delivered multiple large-scale mission-critical projects.
Patricia Frazier, Director
Ms. Frazier brings over 30 years of experience in research methods and the analysis of complex data sets to create information from data. She has led over 20 major analytic projects in her career, producing highly regarded, fact-based recommendations, conclusions, and public policy actions. She has directed and participated in studies and analysis that focus on the nation’s fire-related problem areas. She is an expert in understanding the complexity of the NFIRS data and has developed analytic methods and techniques to address and complement these complexities.
Scott Huddle, Director
Mr. Huddle has over 20 years of business experience helping clients to understand and analyze
their business problems by focusing on data driven decision-making. Mr. Huddle developed the
Grid Rank technique to assist clients in prioritization and to aid in decision-making. He
works primarily in analytical framework development and analysis, technical due diligence,
competitive research, marketing evaluations, usability assessments, and benchmarking and
best practices comparisons with an emphasis on public sector as well as digital media,
communications, and telecommunications firms.
Tim Kilroy, Director
Mr. Kilroy has over 15 years of work experience consulting for the public and private sectors primarily in the Homeland Security and Financial Service fields. He has extensive experience guiding clients to make IT investments based on well conceptualized business needs. He is an experienced facilitator who has used these skills to guide successful business process modeling and re-engineering efforts in preparation for large scale IT investments.
