We like it here and think that you would too...
PasteGroup is looking for problem solvers. Are you the kind of team player that loves to roll up the sleeves when confronted with a challenge and help come up with interesting solutions? Sure we all have roles and expertise, but in the end, it is about finding people that just want to help get things done. Typical roles that we are on the look out for are (some engagements with our sister company PG Public Services may involve security clearance, so let us know if you have federal experience/clearances):
Information Architect
Vital to PasteGroup projects, the Information Architect leads much of the process through the collection of requirements from stakeholders through the development of use cases, user flows, and wireframes. Additionally, PasteGroup IAs must be adept at the development of rapid prototypes and proof of concepts using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Axure, and similar storyboarding tools.
Visual Designer
It's about much more than pretty pictures as a visual designer with PasteGroup. In order to develop the right design solution, our designers must understand all aspects of information and interaction design. The visual designer works closely with the other members of the UX team to ensure that the right balance of form and function is struck. Visual Designers will drive the solution through the use of Adobe Photoshop and other related graphics tools.
Web Developer
Being focused on user-centered design solutions means that our developers must be an integral part of the UX team to ensure that the best use of technologies are brought to bear. The developer works closely with the IA and visual designer to push innovation in relation to information and interaction design. Our development team is primarily front-end oriented and need to be expert in CSS, HTML, AJAX, Jquery, and Javascript. Familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Sitecore, Ektron, and drupal is a big plus. Also, our developers need to continue to be on the front end of emerging technologies such as HTML5 and mobile environments.
Marketing Strategist
Does the phrase "digital engagement" mean anything to you? If so, you might be the type we are looking for to provide marketing strategies with a keen understanding of all aspects of the digital landscape including search, social, mobile, and more. PasteGroup also takes ROI very seriously so marketing strategists must be data geeks with strong proficiencies using tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, and other similar platforms.
